Do I need an existing form?

Yes. FormBastion provides the backend for a form on your own website or application. You control the fields and design, then connect its endpoint using HTML, JavaScript, or server-side code.

Where do responses appear?

Accepted responses appear in your workspace inbox. You can search the saved fields, review private attachments, and export records. Quarantined submissions wait for your review.

Will I get an email for each submission?

Yes—enable email notifications on a form and select recipients who have confirmed permission. Choose which fields to include, or send a simple inbox link. Your workspace email allowance applies; responses are saved even when email is unavailable.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll have a Free workspace with 5 forms and 250 submissions per month. Prepare your forms immediately, then verify your email before publishing and receiving submissions. The integration guide walks you through connecting your first form.
