What counts toward my monthly allowance?
A newly accepted submission counts once. Matching idempotent retries return the original receipt without using another unit. A quarantined submission only counts when you release it into your inbox.
Is the allowance shared across my forms?
Yes. Your submission and storage allowances belong to the workspace. Organize your forms into projects without buying a separate plan for each form.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Requests that exceed an allowance receive an error. There are no automatic overage charges. You can review current usage in your workspace and contact support if you need more capacity.
Do I need to connect a webhook?
No. Your inbox is a complete workflow. Connect a form and start reviewing responses; add a webhook when you want to send accepted submissions to another system.
Can I take my responses with me?
Yes. Authorized workspace members can export submissions as CSV or JSON. Export the information you want to keep before its retention period ends.
