Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Form Bastion, operated by Amarok Studios LLC.
Your account and workspace
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery methods, and grant workspace access only to people who are authorized to use your data. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.
Information you may submit
Only submit information and files you are entitled to receive and process. Provide appropriate notices to people using your forms and meet the obligations that apply to your use. Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, phishing, malware, harassment, credential harvesting, or attempts to evade security and usage controls.
The current service is not intended for payment card data, account passwords, medical records, government identifiers, or similarly sensitive regulated information. Do not upload executable content or treat file validation as malware scanning.
Submissions and processing
A successful acceptance receipt confirms that a submission was stored under the service’s acceptance workflow. It does not confirm completion of a webhook or any downstream system’s work. External requests may fail or have uncertain outcomes. Review the activity record and the destination before replaying work that could cause a duplicate effect.
Limits and availability
Workspace plans set submission, retention, storage, and action limits. The service may reject requests that exceed these limits or breach protection rules. There are no automatic overage charges in the current release.
The Free plan is available without a credit card. Its current allowances are listed on the pricing page and in your workspace.
The service does not offer an uptime service-level agreement. Deleted or expired submissions cannot be recovered. Export information you need to keep before its retention expiry. We may change or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational issues.
Your content and destinations
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You authorize the service to store and process that content as needed to provide the features you use. You are responsible for your configured destinations, destination credentials, and any separate services that receive your data.
Data controls and closing an account
Authorized workspace users can export and delete submissions. Scheduled maintenance removes expired information according to the applicable retention rules. Contact support for assistance with account closure or other data requests. Review the privacy notice for information handling details.
Service changes
We maintain product documentation and record meaningful shipped changes in the public changelog. If a provider, pricing model, or information-handling practice changes, the corresponding product pages will be updated.
